Lily Goh is a Singaporean deaf musician who faced a lot of life challenges and wrote a set of lyrics. Audris Ho, a Singaporean musician, saw her lyrics and got very touched and decided to fill the melody in.

“If You Were In My Shoes" is about a deaf person facing all the rejections in life but still standing strong, believing in what she can achieve. There are many deaf people around who are low in self esteem, losing faith in what they would like to do and we would like to have this song reaching out to the deaf community, not only to Singapore but also internationally, to spur them on and believe in themselves. This also gives others the perspective on what a deaf person is facing too.

However, to reach out to the deaf community, this song needs a music video to spread this message since for some of them even with hearing aid they may not hear anything. Amajor Pixel is proud to collaborate with Lily and Audris to sponsor the music video production.
